Amends the University of Illinois Hospital Act to require the University of Illinois Hospital to provide opioid antagonists to patients who overdose or have symptoms of opioid use disorder upon discharge.

Amends the Hospital Licensing Act to require all hospitals licensed under the Act to provide opioid antagonists to patients who overdose or have symptoms of opioid use disorder upon discharge.

Applies to patients experiencing overdose events or displaying symptoms of opioid use disorder during their hospital stay.
