Prohibits school boards from allowing schools to use Native American names, logos, or mascots, defined as any person, animal, or object that names, refers to, represents, or is associated with Native Americans or Native American cultures and tribes.

Allows schools to continue using uniforms and materials bearing Native American names, logos, or mascots purchased before the effective date until September 1, 2027, if schools select a compliant replacement name, logo, or mascot.

Requires schools to refrain from purchasing new uniforms, yearbooks, newspapers, programs, or other materials bearing the prohibited Native American name, logo, or mascot during the transition period.

Requires schools to remove prohibited Native American names, logos, or mascots from facilities no later than the next scheduled remodeling or replacement during normal maintenance and prohibits purchasing new or replacement fixtures bearing prohibited imagery.

Applies to both regular school districts (Section 10-20.87) and charter school authorizing boards (Section 34-18.85) with identical requirements.
