Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act to require health benefits coverage for at-home, urine-based pregnancy tests prescribed to covered persons, effective January 1, 2026, limited to 2 tests every 30 days.

Requires group and individual accident and health insurance policies and managed care plans amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2026 to cover at-home, urine-based pregnancy tests regardless of over-the-counter availability, limited to 2 tests every 30 days.

Directs the Illinois medical assistance program to cover at-home, urine-based pregnancy tests ordered by clinicians or furnished through standing orders, effective January 1, 2025, limited to a multipack every 30 days as defined by the Department.

Adds multiple new Illinois Insurance Code sections (356z.64, 356z.67, 356z.68, 356z.70, and 356z.71) to required health benefit coverage provisions for state employees.
