• Establishes prospective quarterly grant payments for qualifying community-based organizations with less than $1,000,000 annual revenue that lack sufficient cashflow to support 2 months of program funds.

• Requires Department of Human Services Office of Firearm Violence Prevention to create peer assessment process for all Reimagine Public Safety Act grantees by March 1, 2025, with first peer reviews completed by July 1, 2025.
