Renames the "Service-Related Ailments Task Force" to the "Veterans' Services Task Force" to review unrecognized service-related ailments and improve federal disability compensation approval rates for Illinois veterans.

Task Force consists of 15 members including the Director of Veterans' Affairs, 2 House members, 2 Senate members, veterans organization representatives, medical professionals, and county Veterans Assistance Commission officials.

Task Force members serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for expenses; members shall select a chairperson or co-chairpersons at the initial meeting.

Task Force shall meet at least twice annually and provide a report with findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by December 31, 2025.

Task Force is dissolved and this section is repealed on December 31, 2026.
