Appropriates $894,520,000 total to the Department of Innovation and Technology for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, consisting of $214,520,000 from General Funds and $680,000,000 from Other State Funds.

Appropriates $25,000,000 from General Revenue Fund for Illinois Century Network and broadband projects.

Appropriates $2,000,000 from General Revenue Fund for Cybersecurity Liaison Program costs.

Appropriates $650,000,000 from Technology Management Revolving Fund for administrative and program expenses, including prior years' costs.

Appropriates $30,000,000 from DoIT Special Projects Fund ($5,000,000 for general information technology expenses and $25,000,000 for cybersecurity risks and threats under Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Section 70612).

Appropriates $187,520,000 from General Revenue Fund for administrative and program expenses, including prior years' costs.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
