• Funds major departmental operations including personal services ($70,481,800), office administration, data system modernization ($15,000,000), and COVID-19 pandemic response ($200,000,000)

• Allocates funds for public health protection programs including disease surveillance ($550,000,000), immunizations ($4,157,100), lead poisoning prevention ($13,914,600), and environmental health ($3,300,000)

• Provides $131,000,000 for AIDS/HIV prevention and treatment programs with at least 50% directed to services for minority populations, plus $15,000,000 from separate African-American HIV/AIDS Response Fund
