Appropriates $2,725,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year 2024-2025.

Appropriates $4,000,000 from the Professional Services Fund to the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for ordinary and contingent expenses.

Reappropriates $300,000 in unexpended funds from Public Act 103-0006 for outreach, engagement, and services supporting the Business Enterprise Program.

Total appropriation to the Commission on Equity and Inclusion is $7,025,200.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
