Appropriates $47,471,100 from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University for operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

Appropriates $7,000 from the State College and University Trust Fund to Eastern Illinois University for scholarship grant awards.

Appropriates $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to Eastern Illinois University for the Equity-based Student Achievement Program.

Total appropriation to Eastern Illinois University is $47,978,100.

Act takes effect July 1, 2024.
