Appropriates $5,131,574 total for the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, consisting of $70,000 in General Funds and $5,061,574 in Federal Funds

Allocates $2,411,574 from the Council on Developmental Disabilities Fund for operational expenses including personal services ($967,622), retirement contributions ($495,229), group insurance ($281,700), and contractual services ($400,000)

Provides $2,500,000 for awards and grants to community agencies and other state agencies

Designates $150,000 for awards and grants to increase COVID-19 vaccinations for persons with disabilities pursuant to federal law

Appropriates $70,000 from the General Revenue Fund for operational expenses, with an effective date of July 1, 2024
