Appropriates $45,100,000 from the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund to the Illinois Power Agency for current and prior year ordinary and contingent expenses and refunds.

Appropriates $4,000,000 from the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses pursuant to the Energy Transition Act.

Appropriates $56,000,000 from the Illinois Power Agency Renewable Energy Resources Fund for purchases of renewable energy resources, bidder deposit fee refunds, alternative compliance payment refunds, and Illinois Solar for All Program development and administration.

Appropriates $12,000,000 from the Illinois Power Agency Trust Fund for deposit into the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
