Appropriates $30,081,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Elections for operational expenses, grants, and reimbursements for fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

Appropriates $4,954,000 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund to the State Board of Elections, including $4,200,000 for reimbursement to counties for increased compensation for Election Day judges and $754,000 for lump sum awards to county clerks and election officials.

Appropriates $14,095,700 from the Help Illinois Vote Fund to the State Board of Elections for implementation of the Help America Vote Act of 2002, consisting of $1,036,100 for statewide voter registration system maintenance and $13,059,600 for administrative costs and election security grants to local authorities.

Total appropriations across all funds equal $49,130,900 for the State Board of Elections.

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
