Appropriates $16,328,050 from the State Treasurer's Administrative Fund to the Office of the State Treasurer for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

Appropriates $24,768,430 from the State Pensions Fund to the Office of the State Treasurer for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

Appropriates $10,035,270 from the State Treasurer's Bank Services Trust Fund for operational expenses authorized under the Bank Services Trust Fund Act.

Appropriates $3,650,694,580 from the General Obligation Bond Retirement and Interest Fund ($2,238,363,835 for principal and $1,412,330,745 for interest) for payment of bonded indebtedness issued under various bond acts.

Appropriates additional amounts for refunds on protested tax cases ($1,000,000), arbitrage rebate payments ($1,000,000), Charitable Trust Stabilization Fund ($1,000,000), State Treasurer's Capital Fund ($500,000), and Illinois Higher Education Savings Program ($2,500,000); effective July 1, 2024.
