Prohibits the Chicago Board of Education from closing any selective enrollment schools with Board-approved admission requirements until February 1, 2027.

Prohibits the Board from changing admission standards for selective enrollment schools with Board-approved requirements until February 1, 2027.

Prohibits the Board from decreasing either the total dollar amount or percentage of funds allocated to selective enrollment schools until February 1, 2027.

Applies a moratorium on all three restrictions (closures, admission standard changes, and funding decreases) for selective enrollment schools through February 1, 2027.

Becomes effective immediately upon enactment.
