Appropriates $70,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

Appropriates $11,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for violent crime victims assistance awards and grants, plus an additional $6,000,000 from the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Fund.

Allocates funds for specific divisions and programs: $5,000,000 for Crime Victim Services Division, $6,600,000 for Child Support Enforcement Division, $2,750,000 for Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, and $5,000,000 for organized retail crime enforcement grants.

Directs $5,000,000 to the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation under the Illinois Equal Justice Act, plus $1,400,000 from the Access to Justice Fund and $1,600,000 from the Cannabis Expungement Fund for the same foundation.

Appropriates funds from various dedicated funds including $2,500,000 from the Tobacco Fund, $27,000,000 from the Court Ordered Compliance Fund, $2,000,000 from the Charity Bureau Fund, and $13,500,000 from the Federal Grant Fund; effective July 1, 2024.
