Deletes the requirement that individuals on pretrial home confinement must be allowed movement spread across at least 2 days per week to participate in basic activities.

Eliminates the minimum guaranteed time periods for participants to engage in essential activities such as employment, medical treatment, education, and grocery shopping.

Amends Section 5-8A-4 of the Unified Code of Corrections (730 ILCS 5/5-8A-4) by striking subsection (A-1) in its entirety.

Leaves in place other home confinement conditions including electronic monitoring requirements, residence restrictions, supervision access, and prohibitions on committing additional crimes.
