Amends the Network Adequacy and Transparency Act to add "Genetic Medicine and Genetic Counseling" to the list of provider specialties for which the Department of Insurance shall consider establishing patient-to-provider ratios.

Adds genetic medicine and genetic counseling providers to Section 215 ILCS 124/10(c)(1), placing them alongside other medical specialties including primary care, cardiology, oncology, and behavioral health for network adequacy standards.

Requires the Department to consider establishing minimum ratios and maximum travel/distance standards for genetic medicine and genetic counseling providers consistent with federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services guidance.
