Appropriates $4,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for financial assistance to eligible community colleges and administrative costs for implementation of Public Act 102-0174

Total appropriation of $60,000,000 to support early childhood access and equity programs across higher education institutions

Takes effect July 1, 2024
