Amends the Interscholastic Athletic Organization Act to require that a majority of governing body seats be filled by school superintendents currently employed by public school districts.

Individuals appointed to the governing body must be appointed by the board of directors of an Illinois association representing school district administrators that is affiliated with the American Association of School Administrators.

Maintains existing provisions allowing school boards to appoint representatives other than principals to cast votes on association matters, with the school principal serving as the default representative if no one is appointed.

Applies to any association or entity that promotes, sponsors, regulates, or provides interscholastic athletics or athletic competition among schools and students in Illinois.
