Creates the Family Amusement Wagering Prohibition Act prohibiting family amusement establishments from facilitating wagering on amusement games or advertising that promotes such wagering.

Defines "amusement game" as games activated by currency, coins, tokens, or similar devices where the player impacts the outcome, including games of skill, chance, or combination thereof, excluding video gaming terminals.

Permits family amusement establishments to offer amusement games that award coupons or points redeemable only onsite for merchandise, and claw machines that dispense merchandise directly.

Amends Criminal Code Section 28-1 to establish that knowingly facilitating wagering on amusement games or advertising such wagering in violation of this Act constitutes gambling, a Class A misdemeanor.

Defines key terms including "wager" (sum of money or thing of value risked on uncertain outcome), "merchandise" (noncash prizes excluding items convertible to cash), and "advertise" (promotional activities via media, fliers, billboards, and signage).
