Amends the College Student Immunization Act to modify Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) vaccine requirements for students enrolling in post-secondary educational institutions beginning with the 2024-2025 academic year

Students who cannot provide documentation of 3 or more doses of diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis vaccine must show proof of at least one dose received within 10 years prior to the start of their enrollment term

Requires additional doses of Tdap or tetanus-diphtheria vaccine to be administered following the CDC catch-up schedule to complete a minimum series of 3 doses

Allows prior doses of Tdap, tetanus-diphtheria, diphtheria-tetanus, or diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis vaccines to count toward the 3-dose requirement

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
