Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 by adding Section 26-8 to establish a new criminal offense related to interfering with first responders.

Makes it unlawful to approach within 14 feet of a first responder after receiving a warning not to approach, with intent to interrupt, disrupt, hinder, impede, or interfere with their duties.

Prohibits approaching within 14 feet of a first responder after warning with intent to threaten them with physical harm or harass them by interfering with their duties.

Defines "first responder" to include peace officers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians.

Establishes violation as a Class A misdemeanor offense.
