Requires school districts serving grades 6-12 that issue student identification cards to include contact information for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (988), Crisis Text Line, and Safe2Help Illinois helpline on the cards.

Mandates that contact information identify which helplines can be reached through text messaging.

Requires the same suicide prevention contact information to be included in school student handbooks and custom-printed student planners distributed to grades 6-12.

Extends the suicide prevention contact information requirement to employee identification cards issued by school districts serving grades 6-12, using the same information required on student cards.
