Amends the Workforce Direct Care Expansion Act to modify administrative support requirements for the Behavioral Health Administrative Burden Task Force.

Allows the Task Force chair to designate "an entity or entities" (rather than specifically "a nongovernmental entity or entities") to provide administrative support.

Removes the requirement that administrative support be provided on a "pro bono" basis, allowing entities to be compensated for their support services.

Effective immediately upon passage.
