Amends the Kidney Disease Prevention and Education Task Force Act to extend the deadline for submitting its final report to the General Assembly from December 31, 2023 to March 1, 2025.

The Task Force is dissolved upon filing its final report.

Establishes a 16-member Task Force including legislators, state agency representatives, medical professionals, kidney disease patients, and nonprofit organization representatives to create health education programs on kidney disease, transplantation, and organ donation.

Directs the Task Force to develop a sustainable awareness plan addressing early detection, health equity, and disparities in kidney disease rates between Caucasians and minorities through workshops, screenings, and media campaigns.

Department of Public Health shall provide administrative support to the Task Force; members serve without compensation.
