Designates the Illinois Route 54 bridge crossing the Sangamon River near Riverton as the "PFC Daniel Lee Kick Memorial Bridge"

Honors PFC Daniel Lee Kick (born January 26, 1948), a Riverton native who enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps after graduating high school in 1966 and was deployed to South Vietnam on September 25, 1967

Recognizes PFC Kick's heroic service with the 1st Marine Division during the Tet Offensive in Hue, South Vietnam (February 13-23, 1968), where he performed medevac and resupply missions under heavy fire for six consecutive days before being mortally wounded on February 16, 1968

Awards acknowledged include the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnamese Military Merit Medal, and Vietnamese Gallantry Cross with Palm; his name is inscribed on Panel 40E Line 7 of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.

Directs the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations designating the bridge with PFC Kick's name and to provide copies of the resolution to his family, the Mayor of Riverton, and the IDOT Secretary
