Creates the College Insurance Program Task Force to study the program serving retired community college professionals and present policy and legislative recommendations to the General Assembly

Task Force consists of 14 members including one Senator and one House member (serving as co-chairs), legislative minority leaders, Illinois Community College Board Chair, and representatives from community college trustees, presidents, retirees, staff, faculty, and county assessors

Illinois Department of Central Management Services shall provide administrative support for the Task Force

Task Force must conduct a minimum of two public hearings in at least two different counties and convene stakeholders to examine the current state of the College Insurance Program

Task Force shall submit its final report to the General Assembly no later than January 1, 2025, and dissolves upon filing the report
