Designates Illinois Route 133 through Hindsboro as the "PFC Donnie J. Clough Memorial Highway" to honor the fallen Marine.

PFC Donnie Joe Clough was born July 27, 1949, in Tuscola and volunteered for the U.S. Marine Corps in July 1968, serving as a rifleman in the 1st Marine Division.

PFC Clough was killed in action on September 9, 1969, in Quang Nam Province, Vietnam, and was awarded the Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal.

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations marking the memorial highway designation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Copies of the resolution will be presented to PFC Clough's family and the Secretary of the Illinois Department of Transportation.
