Designates the section of Interstate 64 between mile markers 128 and 132 as the "DEA Special Agent Michael Garbo Memorial Highway"

Honors DEA Special Agent Michael Garbo, who died on October 4, 2021, from injuries sustained during a shooting in downtown Tucson, Arizona, while in the line of duty

Recognizes Garbo's service as a DEA special agent based in Tucson since 2005, former Metro Nashville Police officer, and U.S. Army National Guard service, along with his work combating drug traffickers in Afghanistan and across the United States

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation erect appropriate plaques or signs at suitable locations along the designated highway section consistent with state and federal regulations

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to Special Agent Garbo's family and the Secretary of Transportation
