Honors Coach Felling's 16-year head coaching record of 388 victories and 77 losses at Lawrenceville High School, including four Illinois High School Association state championships

Recognizes Coach Felling's 14-year tenure as assistant coach at Indiana University under Bob Knight, during which the team won the 1987 NCAA National Championship and two Final Four appearances

Acknowledges Coach Felling's nearly 40-year coaching career, induction into the Basketball Museum of Illinois in 1982, and continued contributions through summer camps and coaching clinics
