Urges the federal government to allow all foster families to automatically qualify for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits regardless of income level.

Recognizes that SNAP is the nation's largest child nutrition program, providing critical nutrition assistance to low-income children and improving food security.

States that providing help to foster families can determine whether they can remain together or whether children would need to be removed from the home.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the President, Congressional leadership, all Illinois Congressional Delegation members, and USDA's Deputy Under Secretary for Food, Nutrition, and Consumer Services.
