Objects to the representatives' microphones being cut off after they attempted to speak in support of gun law reform, channeling constituents' protest demands.

Criticizes the Tennessee House majority for retaliatory actions including stripping committee assignments, removing office access, and threatening expulsion without fair proceedings or an ethics committee review.

Notes that expulsion is an extraordinary measure the Tennessee House had only previously used since the Civil War to remove members blocking the 14th Amendment ratification and for bribery and sexual misconduct.

Directs that copies of this resolution be presented to Representatives Jones, Pearson, and Johnson as a symbol of respect and esteem.
