Urges the Heisman Trophy Trust to restore Bush's 2005 Heisman Trophy award, which cannot be reinstated until the NCAA restores his statistics.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to NCAA President Charlie Baker and the Heisman Trophy Trust.
