Designates June 6-7, 2024 as Eternal Heroes Memorial Days in Illinois to honor the "Raveno Boys," paratroopers of the 101st Airborne Division who fought at Marmion Farm during the D-Day invasion on June 5-6, 1944.

Recognizes Major John P. Stopka's leadership in capturing and holding the strategic German strongpoint at Marmion Farm near Ravenoville, France, which protected the northern approach to Utah Beach and critical exits for the amphibious landings.

Honors five Illinois soldiers who participated in the Raveno Boys' heroic stand: Thomas F. Cahill Jr. (Cook County), Clifford S. Emerick (Washington County), John A. Powers (Peoria County), Joseph P. Powers (Peoria County), and Louis J. Venditti (Cook County).

Acknowledges the dedication of the Eternal Heroes Memorial in Ravenoville on June 6, 2012, which commemorates the paratroopers' contribution to the success of the D-Day invasion and the liberation of Normandy.
