Recognizes Get Out the Vote (GOTV) 4 Teens, a coalition founded by Letina Brady Pettis in 2024 to promote civic education and voter registration among teenagers aged 16 to 17

Urges citizens, educators, and community leaders to support and encourage youth civic engagement to develop informed and empowered voters
