Reports must include waiting times from when a judge orders an individual unfit to stand trial to when they begin receiving DHS services

Addresses concerns that the timeline for DHS to assign individuals found unfit to stand trial was extended from 20 days to 60 days, with possible 30-day extensions

Responds to the burden placed on county jails housing individuals with mental illness who should be receiving treatment at DHS inpatient facilities
