Honors the memory of Raymond E. "Ray" Rossi, former Mayor of the Village of Frankfort, who passed away on June 25, 2024.

Rossi served as Mayor of Frankfort from 1993 to 2005, leading economic development and community engagement initiatives that modernized the village.

Rossi retired as Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court of Will County in Joliet and was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, serving as Past Grand Knight in the Knights of Columbus.

Rossi was a wrestling enthusiast who coached at the Falcon Wrestling Club and is remembered for his leadership, integrity, and commitment to the Frankfort community.

Illinois House of Representatives extends condolences to Rossi's surviving family, including his mother, four children, two siblings, eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
