Congratulates Woodlawn Farm on its 200th anniversary, founded by the Huffaker family in 1824.

Recognizes the Huffaker family home built in 1839-1840 and the patriarch Michael Huffaker's journey from Germany through Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Kentucky before settling on 160 acres near Jacksonville, Illinois.

Acknowledges the farm's historical significance as a hiding spot on the Underground Railroad for escaped slaves, supported by the religious beliefs and abolitionist community ties of the Huffaker family.

Notes that the Underground Railroad Committee of the Morgan County Illinois Historical Society purchased Woodlawn Farm in 2003, and it was added to the National Register of Historic Farms in 2007.

Celebrates the farm's bicentennial in April 2024 with educational activities including tours, woodworking, pottery, and butter-making demonstrations.
