Congratulates Illinois Wesleyan University football head coach Norm Eash on his retirement following the 2024 season.

Recognizes Eash as the winningest coach in Illinois Wesleyan history with 233 wins, 132 losses, and one tie (.638 winning percentage), ranking 42nd all-time in NCAA Division I, II, and III and 13th among Division III coaches.

Honors his College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) record of 171 wins, 102 losses, and one tie, along with six CCIW Coach of the Year awards (1992, 1996, 2001, 2007, 2009, 2017).

Notes his accomplishments including nine CCIW championship teams, six NCAA Division III playoff teams, 12 first-team Division III All-Americans, and induction as an honorary member of the American Football Coaches Association in 2011.
