Recognizes Roberts' more than 30 years of experience as an automotive industry leader, entrepreneur, and diversity advocate who began his career in banking and finance before transitioning to automotive dealerships.

Acknowledges Roberts' portfolio of five Chevrolet, Toyota, and Acura dealerships in the Chicago area and his receipt of the Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics from the Better Business Bureau in 2015.

Honors Roberts' advocacy for minority representation in the automotive industry through leadership roles at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), General Motors Minority Dealers Association (GMMDA), and National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers (NAMAD).

Recognizes Roberts' community service commitments including support for Fill the Van, a Christmas drive for those in need, and his role as chief financial officer of the Make A Difference Youth Foundation.
