Congratulates Elizabeth Holleb on her retirement from the Illinois Police Officers' Pension Investment Fund (IPOPIF)

Holleb served on the IPOPIF Transition Board of Trustees from January 2020 through December 2020, and was elected to the permanent board representing municipalities for a term from January 2021 through December 2024

Attended 70 board meetings during her five-year tenure and served as chairperson of the Audit and Budget Committee (2020-2021), treasurer of the board (2020-2022), and chairperson of the Contract Committee (2022-2024)

Holds a certified public accountant credential with over 20 years of municipal finance experience, including roles with the Government Finance Officers Association, Villages of Northbrook and Oak Park, City of Highland Park, and currently serves as Finance and Information Technology director for the City of Lake Forest

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University as a cum laude graduate of the Honors College and served as president of the Illinois Government Finance Officers' Association from 2023 to 2024
