Allows school boards in seven specific school districts (Glenbrook High School District 225, Northbrook Elementary District 27, Northbrook School District 28, Sunset Ridge School District 29, Northbrook/Glenview School District 30, West Northfield School District 31, and Glenview Community Consolidated School District 34) to withdraw from township trustees' jurisdiction by passing a resolution.

Upon passage of the withdrawal resolution, each school board must elect or appoint its own school treasurer to replace the township treasurer.

Authorizes transfer of all books, records, moneys, securities, and assets related to school business from township trustees to the school board, and transfers legal title of school buildings and sites to the school board by operation of law.

Effective immediately upon passage of the bill.
