Amends the Illinois Insurance Code Section 363 governing Medicare supplement policies to expand the annual open enrollment period for eligible individuals aged 65-75 who hold existing Medicare supplement policies.

Allows individuals to purchase Medicare supplement policies from the same issuer "or any affiliate authorized to transact business in this State" during the 45-day annual enrollment period commencing on their birthday.

Prohibits issuers from denying coverage, conditioning issuance, or discriminating in pricing during the open enrollment period based on health status, claims experience, receipt of health care, or medical conditions.

Requires issuers to provide notice to eligible Medicare supplement policyholders about the annual open enrollment period at the time of application, in a form prescribed by the Department.

Effective January 1, 2022, under Public Act 103-0747.
