• Establishes requirements for remote meetings including: verification of participants, public access to discussions and votes, at least one official physically present at the meeting location, roll call votes, and verbatim audio or video recordings made available to the public.

• Requires meeting notices to include access information such as telephone numbers and web-based links, and for non-disaster determinations, specific details for public comment submission by phone, email, written comment, or web-based methods.
