IL SB0132

Amends the Department of Professional Regulation Law to require the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to waive all application fees and examination fees for active military personnel and their spouses.

Fee waiver applies only to application and examination fees; does not waive other fees required during the licensing process.

Waiver does not eliminate the requirement that military personnel or their spouses meet all other licensing requirements to obtain professional licenses.

Creates new Section 2105-63 in the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (20 ILCS 2105/2105-63).
