Adds fee waiver provisions to the Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing Act and the Professional Counselor and Clinical Professional Counselor Licensing and Practice Act

Allows the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to waive licensing fees for individuals during State Fiscal Years 2023, 2024, and 2025 on a one-time basis

Waives fees for marriage and family therapists under sections 30, 35, 45, 55, and 65 of the Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing Act

Waives fees for professional counselors and clinical professional counselors under sections 35, 40, 45, 50, 60, and 70 of the Professional Counselor and Clinical Professional Counselor Licensing and Practice Act

Limits each individual to receiving only one fee waiver under these provisions
