Allows students to receive one additional year of Monetary Award Program (MAP) grant funding after earning a baccalaureate degree or 135 semester credit hours during academic years 2024-2025 through 2028-2029.

Requires students receiving the additional grant year to enroll in a State-approved educator preparation program and teach in Illinois for a minimum of 3 years within 5 years of receiving a Professional Educator License.

Mandates repayment of additional grant assistance if a student fails to meet the teaching requirements, with the amount prorated based on the fraction of the teaching obligation not completed.

Modifies existing law that previously prohibited any MAP grant eligibility after receiving a baccalaureate degree or equivalent credit hours, creating this limited exception for future educators.
