Career and technical educator endorsements on an Educator License with Stipulations grant holders all rights and privileges of Professional Educator License holders, including eligibility for contractual continued service.

Provisional career and technical educator endorsement holders are entitled to all rights and privileges granted to Professional Educator License holders.

For teachers hired on or after July 1, 2023, the probationary period for contractual continued service is reduced to 3 consecutive school terms (instead of 4), with dismissal notice required by April 15.

Performance Evaluation Advisory Council meetings extended through December 31, 2024, and a new Performance Evaluation Advisory Committee established starting July 1, 2024 to oversee evaluator training and pre-qualification programs.

Short-Term Substitute Teaching License program extended until June 30, 2028, allowing applicants with associate's degrees or 60+ college credit hours to substitute teach for up to 15 consecutive days per licensed teacher.
