Director of Natural Resources authorized to convey all lands within Shabbona Lake and State Park in DeKalb County to the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation by quit claim deed for $1 consideration.

Conveyance must comply with federal funding restrictions and grant requirements; Department must not be required to reimburse federal government or provide replacement land.

Department of Natural Resources and Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation must enter into a land management agreement requiring the conveyed land remain open for public recreation.

Department of Natural Resources may use state resources for management, maintenance, and operation of the property in accordance with the land management agreement, subject to appropriation.

Director must obtain certified copy of this Act within 60 days and ensure the quit claim deed is recorded in DeKalb County Recorder's Office.
