Allows motorcycles to equip auxiliary lighting using standard bulbs or LED pods and strips with maximum intensity of 25 candlepower per lamp, directed downward toward the ground.

Prohibits auxiliary lighting from being directed horizontally, emitting blue light, or being blinking, flashing, oscillating, rotating, or wheel-attached.

Permits red auxiliary light only while the motorcycle's stop lamp is illuminated and the motorcycle is braking.

Authorizes motorcycles to equip 2 forward-facing electric turn signals on the handlebar, fork assembly, or front fender that emit white or amber light when signaling.

Allows motorcycles to equip 2 forward-facing electric driving lights displaying steady white or amber light in addition to required lamps under existing law.
